Breakfasts

Smoothie with baby kale, Good Karma flaxmilk, Vega Sport vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground clove.

2 Egg muffins:  Spinach, portobello mushroom, green pepper, and eggwhite with either half a grapefruit, or 1 slice of Ezekial toast with 1 tsp coconut oil

Lunches and Dinners

Pan seared salmon with sauteed asparagus, steamed broccoli, and a side of sesame tahini dressing

Skinless chicken (broiled a whole chicken so this will be both white meat and dark meat) and sauteed spinach, portobello mushroom, and green pepper

Meatloaf which doesn’t really look like your traditional meatloaf but it still in fact a loaf of meat

Snacks

Baby carrots and jalapeno cilantro hummus

Forager yogurt, plain, unsweetened

Vega Sport protein powder, vanilla, mixed with just water

Unsweetened banana chips
