First, work with a trainer.  Especially if you don’t know what you are doing!

Secondly, grab a girlfriend or two.  The amount of motivation and natural competitiveness that is sparked is fire.

Third, share the cost of a trainer with your girlfriend(s).  That way you won’t be caught standing around chatting, you’ll have direction, and you’ll leave feeling like a true badass!
