I was being lazy and bought pre-chopped veggies.  Let me tell ya, if you’re ever face a time crunch, these will save you!  Slightly more expensive but so worth it!  

I placed the asparagus on a baking sheet with olive oil and sea salt and broiled them stalks like non other.  Set a timer to toss halfway thru.  That’s it.  Pretty mindless.

The peppers and the mushroom, leek, and onion blend were simply pan sauteed til AL dente.

Eggwhites with asparagus

Smoothie of Banana, supergreens, avocado, and Vega Sport protein powder with non-dairy milk

Lunches and Dinners

Roasted chicken (skinless) or sauteed ground turkey with either of the veggies made during prep
