Ground turkey sauteed in rosemary and garlic with yellow pepper and mushrooms

Salmon (from a can! Gasp!!) mixed with a little Icelandic yogurt and spread on top of mashed butternut squash along side roasted beets

Snacks

Apple with sliced chicken breast from the deli

Vega Sport protein powder (vanilla) mixed with decaf Sherpa chai and unsweetened almond milk (OUT OF THIS WORLD!)

Baby carrots, celery, and peanut butter
