Need some fresh meal ideas?  I stumbled across this 2 week plan from C+J Nutrition (NYC and Washington based nutritionist duo) and although I won’t be following the plan I will be stealing these amazing recipes!  Enjoy!

  • For those that aim to follow more of a paleo-style meal plan, I suggest replacing the soba noodles with rice noodles or zoodles, the whole wheat flour with almond or coconut flour, and omit the chickpeas.  Easy, little swaps!
